An official document that transfers ownership of personal property

A bill of sale is used to swap ownership of things that are movable, such as a car or mobile home. A home is not personal property since it's permanently attached to the land. A deed, such as a grant deed or warranty deed, is the official document used to transfer ownership of a home.
